When an appointment is booked that time is reserved for you. Unfortunately, missed appointments or late cancellations prevent me from accommodating other patients. Please understand that everyone's time is valuable and it's important we all respect that, including myself. If you do not make it to your scheduled appointment, and you have not informed me with 24hrs in advance (48hrs is preferred), you will be charged the full amount of the treatment booked.

In the case of an emergency or circumstances outside of your control (sudden illness, family emergency ect.) please let me know as soon as possible. I understand that things happen and exceptions to the above policy will be considered on an individual  basis.
